PSİKOLOJİK SERMAYENİN İŞ ERTELEME DAVRANIŞI ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ; HEMŞİRELER ÜZERİNDE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Nevşehir ilinde faaliyet gösteren iki özel hastanede çalışan 80 hemşire örnekleminde psikolojik sermeyenin iş erteleme davranışı üzerindeki etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma bulgularına göre, psikolojik sermeyenin alt boyutları olan umut, özyeterlilik, iyimserlik ve dayanıklılık boyutlarının iş erteleme davranışı üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.

THE IMPACT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL ON JOB POSTPONEMENT BEHAVIOUR; A RESEARCH ON NURSES

The purpose of this study is to reveal the effect of psychological capital on postponement behaviors of 80 nurses’ survey working in two private hospitals in business in Nevşehir. According to the research findings, it has been determined that the dimensions of hope, self-efficacy, optimism and endurance which are the sub-dimension of psychological capital do not have a significant effect on job postponement behaviour.
