HAVAYOLU OPERASYON YÖNETİMİNDE METEOROLOJİ KAYNAKLI AKSAKLIKLAR

Bu çalışmanın amacı meteorolojik olayların havayolu operasyonları için çıkardığı problemler ile ilgili bir algoritma oluşturarak hangi şartlarda bu problemlerin aksaklığa dönüştüğünün tespit edilmeye çalışılması olarak belirtilebilmektedir. Bu amaçla Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren havayollarının AOCC (Airline Operation Control Center-Havayolu Operasyon Kontrol Merkezi) bölümünde görev yapan 22 dispatcher ve 2 meteoroloji mühendisi ile görüşülmesi sonucunda oluşturulan algoritmada meteorolojik olaylarla ilgili problemlerde havayolu operasyon yönetiminde uygulanan çözümler gösterilerek hangi şartlarda bu problemlerin aksaklığa dönüştüğü belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda havayolu operasyonlarında problem çıkaran meteorolojik olaylar ile ilgili algoritma ortaya çıkarılarak bu  problemlerle ilgili hangi koşullarda havayolu operasyonlarının aksaklığa dönüştüğü ve hangi koşullarda ise gerekli aksiyonların alınarak aksaklığın önlenebileceği sonucuna ulaşıldığı belirtilebilmektedir.

METEOROLOGY-RELATED DİSRUPTİONS İN AİRLİNE OPERATİONS MANAGEMENT

The goal of this study can be described as creating an algorithm related to the problems caused by meteorological events for airway operations and trying to identify under which conditions such problems turn into disruptions. For this purpose, the solutions applied in airline operation management to overcome the problems related to meteorological events were shown in the algorithm created as the result of interviews with 22 dispatchers and 2 meteorology engineers working in AOCC (Airline Operation Control Centre) of airlines in Turkey and effort was made to determine under which conditions such problems turn into disruptions. The conclusion arrived as a result of the study is that the algorithm related to the meteorological event causing problem in airline operations can be revealed and thus, it can be found out under which conditions the airway operations are disrupted and under which conditions the disruption can be prevented by taking necessary actions.
