Yeşil İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi Araştırmalarına Yolculuk: R Kullanılarak Bibliyometrik Bir Analiz

Özet

Son on beş yıl içinde, yeşil işyeri kavramı hem akademik alanda hem de endüstride büyük bir ilgi görmüştür. Bu ilgi, çevresel sürdürülebilirliği ön planda tutan iş uygulamalarının yaygınlaşmasına yol açmış ve özellikle yeşil insan kaynakları yönetimi gibi yeni araştırma alanlarının ortaya çıkmasına zemin hazırlamıştır. Bu çalışma, Scopus ve Web of Science veri tabanlarındaki dergilerden yeşil insan kaynakları yönetimi üzerine bibliyometrik bir analiz yapmayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışma, son on beş yıllık yayınları kapsamakta ve makalelerin performans analizi ve bilim haritalama analizini gerçekleştirmektedir. Bu çalışmada, bibliyometrik analiz için R yazılımının “bibliometrix” paketi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada, PRISMA akış diyagramı izlenerek veri seti oluşturulmuş ve toplam 632 çalışmadan oluşan bir örneklem analiz edilmiştir. Sonuçlar, yeşil insan kaynakları yönetimi alanındaki araştırmaların son 5 yılda önemli ölçüde arttığını ve Çin’in bu alanda her açıdan en üretken ülke olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Bu çalışma, bibliyometrik analiz bulguları sonucunda öne çıkan çevresel performans, sürdürülebilirlik ve çevre yönetimi gibi trend konuları vurgulamakta ve yeni araştırma fırsatları için heyecan verici yollar ortaya koymaktadır. Ayrıca, Journal of Cleaner Production, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, International Journal of Manpower ve Business Strategy and The Environment yeşil insan kaynakları yönetimi literatüründe en çok yayın yapan dergilerdir. Bu çalışma, araştırmacılar için Yeşil İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi alanının zaman içinde nasıl evrildiğini ve alanda daha fazla dikkat gerektiren konuları anlamak için bir rehber görevi görecek ve araştırmacılara herhangi bir araştırma alanında performans analizi ve bilimsel haritalama yöntemlerini kavrayıp uygulama noktasında yol gösterici olacaktır. Çalışmanın gerek araştırmacılara gerek endüstriye gerekse kurumlara yeşil insan kaynakları yönetimi ile ilgili genel bir çerçeve sunarak katkı sağlaması beklenmektedir.
