Çalışmada Akış Deneyiminin Yaşam Tatmini ve İş Stresi İlişkisinde Düzenleyicilik Etkisi

Çalışmanın amacı, çalışanların yaşam tatmini ile iş stresi arasındaki ilişkide çalışmada akış deneyiminin düzenleyici rolünü incelemektir. Elde edilen bulgular, yaşam tatmininin genel olarak iş stresini azaltıcı bir etkiye sahip olduğunu göstermektedir. Bununla birlikte, çalışmada akış deneyiminin düzeyi bu ilişkinin gücünü değiştirmektedir. Bulgular, çalışmada akış deneyiminin yaşam tatmini ile iş stresi arasındaki ilişkide düzenleyici bir role sahip olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Düşük ve orta düzeyde akış deneyimi yaşayan çalışanlarda yaşam tatmininin iş stresini azaltıcı etkisi anlamlı iken, yüksek düzeyde akış deneyiminde bu etkinin ortadan kalktığı belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada, çalışanların yaşam tatmini ile iş stresi arasındaki ilişkide çalışmada akış deneyiminin düzenleyici rolü incelenmiştir. Bulgular, çalışmada akış deneyiminin yaşam tatmini ile pozitif, iş stresi ile negatif yönde ilişkili olduğunu göstermiştir. Çalışmada akış deneyiminin tek başına da çalışanların iş stresiyle başa çıkmalarını kolaylaştırdığı görülmüştür. Araştırmanın bir diğer bulgusu, kadın çalışanların çalışmada akış deneyimi düzeylerinin erkek çalışanlara kıyasla daha yüksek olmasıdır. Genel olarak sonuçlar, çalışanların iş stresiyle başa çıkma kapasitelerini artırmak amacıyla yaşam tatminini ve çalışmada akış deneyimini destekleyici uygulamaların önemini ortaya koymaktadır. Elde edilen bulgular, hem kuramsal açıdan literatüre katkı sunma hem de örgütsel uygulamalara rehberlik etme potansiyeline sahiptir.
