Gıda Ürünlerinin Pazarlanmasında Müşteri Sürdürülebilirlik Ölçeği

Öz

Bu çalışma, gıda ürünlerinin pazarlanmasında müşteri sürdürülebilirliğine ilişkin, müşterilerin zihninde şekillenen faktörlerin belirlenmesini amaçlamaktadır. Bu amaçla geliştirilen ölçme aracında, nicel yöntem kullanılmıştır. Hazırlanan maddelerle ilgili önce, açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonra da doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Analizle ilgili veriler 300 kişilik tüketiciden elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen verilerde ölçeğin boyutları arasındaki gizli yapı belirlenmiş: ikinci aşamada başka bir örnekleme uygulanarak ilk uygulamanın doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yapılarak bileşenlerin model uyumu test edilmiş ve iç tutarlılık katsayısı belirlenmiştir. Birinci ve ikinci analiz sonucu, ölçeğin 15 madde ve 4 boyuttan oluştuğu görülmüştür. Ölçeğin alt boyutları, “Ürün pazarlama”, “Üründe doğallık”, “Ürün algısı”, “Ürün sürdürülebilirliği” olarak belirlenmiştir. Ölçeğin DFA analiz sonucu elde edilen bulgular, literatürde kabul gören iyi uyum endekslerine uygunluk göstermektedir. Ölçeğin alpha güvenirlik katsayısı α =. 810’tir. Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlar, işletmelere sürdürülebilirlik stratejisinin sadece ürün odaklı değil, aynı zamanda üründe pazarlama, üründe doğallık, ürün algısı, ürün sürdürülebilirliği stratejileri üzerine kurgulanması gerektiğini göstermektedir. Ürün pazarlama yönetimi ve pazarlamanın çevre bilincine sahip tüketicilerin güvenini kazanmanın önemli olduğunu göstermektedir. Gıda markaları için, müşterilerin deneyimsel temas noktalarında verilen sürdürülebilirlik mesajının pekiştirilmesi, sürdürülebilir tüketime katkılar sağlamaktadır. Ölçeğin, gelişmekte olan gıda ürün pazarına odaklanma, sürdürülebilirlik etkilerini belirleme, gıda ürünlerin pazarlanmasında müşteri sürdürülebilirliğinin sağlanmasında hem akademik hem de sektörel uygulamalarda kullanılabilirlik özelliği taşımaktadır. Ölçeğin, gıda ürünlerinin pazarlanması ve müşteri sürdürülebilirliğini belirlenmesine önemli katkılar sağlayacak özgünlükte olduğu söylenebilir.
