Abstract

This research aims to determine the effects of job crafting and dimensions of job crafting (task crafting, cognitive crafting and relational crafting) on work alienation. For this purpose, data were collected from a textile company in Istanbul by survey method. SPSS and AMOS programs were used for data analysis. Hypotheses were tested by regression analysis. As a result of the analyzes, it was determined that both the general job crafting and the dimensions of the job crafting (task crafting, cognitive crafting and relational crafting) negatively and significantly affected the work alienation.
