The main purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between financial literacy and lifestyle. Within the scope of this purpose, 311 data were obtained by survey method in Düzce province population. Frequency, factor, correlation, regression and difference analyzes were applied to the obtained data. According to the results of the factor analysis related to financial literacy, four factors (expenditure, perception, attitude and interest) emerged. Eight factors (experiencers, strivers, makers, achievers, believers, unusuals, survivors, and performers) emerged in relation to lifestyle. As a result of the correlation analysis, the most positive and significant relationships were found between financial literacy and lifestyle in the dimensions of expenditure, attitude, perception, and interest, respectively. As a result of the regression analysis, it was revealed that financial literacy, age and income had a significant effect on lifestyle. While age and income have a moderating role in the effect of financial literacy on lifestyle; It has been revealed that education does not have a moderating role. As a result of the t-test and ANOVA analyzes conducted to examine the differences, the perception of financial literacy for gender, marital status, age, occupation and income groups differed. However, there was no difference for the education group. There was a difference in the perception of lifestyle only for occupational groups.
