Abstract

The spread of the internet and developments in technology effected many sectors such as insurance sector. It takes part on both the emergence of new distribution channels and development of existing channels. At the same time, digitalization turns to good purpose about the increasing awareness by customers. And also, it turns to good purpose about the customers to make conscious preference. Consequently, the insurance companies are open to innovation, and they have to provide the support in the right way and as quikly as possible.
