Muhasebe Meslek Mensuplarının Zaman Kullanımlarının İş Performans Başarıları Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Muhasebe işletme varlıklarının ve kaynaklarının kaydedilmesi, sınıflandırılması, analiz edilmesi ve raporlanmasını içeren bir bilim dalıdır. Birden çok fonksiyonu bir arada bulunduran bu sistemin işleyişini muhasebe meslek mensupları gerçekleştirmektedir. Muhasebe meslek mensupları bir nevi kamu personeli gibi çalışmakta olup kamuya ait kurumlara Maliye bakanlığı, Çalışma bakanlığı, belediyeler gibi kurumlarla mükellef arasında köprü görevi görmektedir. Hazine gelirlerinin ana unsurunu oluşturan vergi gelirlerinin toplanmasında aracı görevi görmekte ve bunun için muhasebenin bütün fonksiyonlarını yerine getirmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, muhasebe meslek mensuplarının zaman yönetimi becerilerinin iş performansları üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Günümüzün hızlı ve yoğun muhasebe dünyasında, sürekli değişen kurallar ve artan iş yükü nedeniyle, zamanı iyi kullanmak büyük önem taşıyor. Bu nedenle çalışmada öncelikle muhasebecilerin en sık kullandığı zaman yönetimi yöntemlerini belirlenmiştir. Bu yöntemlere göre performans deneyimleri ölçülmektedir.
Çalışmada Ankara ilinde faaliyette bulunan 500 kişilik TÜRMOB üyesi Muhasebe Meslek Mensuplarından oluşan evrende araştırma verileri elde edilmiştir. Bu verileri elde etmek amacıyla oluşturulan anket formu ile Google Form üzerinden uygulanmıştır. Analiz sonucunda ulaşılan bu veriler SPSS İstatistik programı ile analizi yapılmıştır. Analiz sürecinde Anova ve P değeri uygulanarak oluşturulan hipotezlerimiz test edilmiştir. Araştırmada kullanılan ölçeklerin yapı geçerliliğini ve alt boyutların uyumunu doğrulamak amacıyla uygulanan Açıklayıcı Faktör Analizi (AFA) sonucunda, tüm maddelerin faktör yüklerinin literatürde kabul gören eşik değerlerin üzerinde dağıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Ölçeklerin iç tutarlılığını ve ölçüm güvenirliğini belirlemek üzere hesaplanan Cronbach’s Alpha güvenirlik katsayılarının ise tüm alt boyutlar için 0,70’in üzerinde gerçekleştiği ve yüksek düzeyde güvenirlik sağladığı görülmüştür. Yapılan bu geçerlilik ve güvenirlik analizleri, veri setinin hipotez testleri ve ileri istatistiksel modellemeler için akademik açıdan tam uygunluk taşıdığını kanıtlamıştır. Sonuç olarak H1, H2a, H2c, H3a, H3c, H3d ve H4c hipotezlerimizin kabul edildiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
