Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Odaklı Çevre Dostu Ürün Tasarımının Satın Alma Niyeti ve Tüketici Kabulü Üzerindeki Etkisi: Algılanan Değer, Algılanan Kalite ve Algılanan Maliyetin Aracılık Rolü

Öz

Bu araştırmanın amacı, sürdürülebilir kalkınma odaklı çevre dostu ürün tasarımının satın alma niyeti ve tüketici kabulü üzerindeki etkisini incelemek ve bu ilişkide algılanan değer, algılanan kalite ve algılanan maliyet değişkenlerinin aracılık rolünü ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma modeli kapsamında çevre dostu ürün tasarımının algısal değerlendirmeler üzerindeki doğrudan etkileri ile söz konusu algısal değişkenlerin satın alma niyeti ve tüketici kabulü üzerindeki etkileri test edilmiştir. Ayrıca satın alma niyetinin çevre dostu ürün tasarımı ile tüketici kabulü arasındaki ilişkideki aracı rolü analiz edilmiştir. Nicel araştırma yöntemi kapsamında 405 katılımcıdan veri toplanmış, elde edilen verilerin analizinde SPSS ve AMOS programları kullanılmıştır. Bulgular, çevre dostu ürün tasarımının algılanan değer ve algılanan kalite üzerinde pozitif, algılanan maliyet üzerinde ise negatif ve anlamlı etkiye sahip olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca algılanan değer ve algılanan kalitenin satın alma niyetini pozitif, algılanan maliyetin ise negatif yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Aracılık analizleri, algılanan değer, algılanan kalite ve algılanan maliyetin çevre dostu ürün tasarımının hem satın alma niyeti hem de tüketici kabulü ile ilişkisinde kısmi aracı rol oynadığını ortaya koymuştur. Son olarak satın alma niyetinin çevre dostu ürün tasarımı ile tüketici kabulü arasındaki ilişkide kısmi aracı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bulgular, çevre dostu ürün tasarımının tüketici davranışını çok boyutlu algısal ve davranışsal mekanizmalar aracılığıyla etkilediğini göstermektedir.
