Gelişmekte Olan Ekonomi KOBİ’lerinde Üretken Yapay Zekâ Entegrasyonu ve Yönetsel Karar Verme Kalitesi: İstanbul’dan PLS-SEM, NCA ve fsQCA ile Bulgular

Gelişmekte olan dünyada politika, küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmeleri (KOBİ) üretken yapay zekâya (ÜYZ) doğru itmekte; ancak bu hevesin önünde, yönetsel muhakemeyi bu araçlardan geçirmenin firmaların verdiği kararları gerçekten keskinleştirdiğine dair sağlam bir kanıt henüz yoktur. Çözümlemeyi çapalayan ayrım, ÜYZ’ye erişim ile onu yönetsel düşünceye içeriksel olarak dokumak arasındadır; burada modellenen, ikincisi, yani yönetsel bilişe entegrasyon derinliği, elverişli koşulları gelişmekte olan ekonomi KOBİ’lerinde karar kalitesine taşıyan kanaldır. Üç soru eşzamanlı izlenir: entegrasyonu ortalamada ne yükseltir, yüksek karar kalitesi gerektiğinde neyin yokluğu kabul edilemez ve hangi koşul bileşimleri yeterlidir. İstanbul KOBİ’lerinin 312 sahip-yöneticisi ve üst düzey yöneticisinden gelen yanıtlar, PLS-SEM’i Gerekli Koşul Analizi (NCA) ve bulanık küme niteliksel karşılaştırmalı analiz (fsQCA) ile birleştiren bütünleşik bir TOE-TAM merceğiyle incelenmiştir. Entegrasyon derinliği hem karar kalitesini (β = 0,612) hem de süreç yenileme performansını (β = 0,574) sürükler. Üst yönetim desteği ile algılanan fayda, altında yüksek karar kalitesinin hiç ortaya çıkmadığı ampirik eşikler (%42 ve %38) taşıyan gerekli koşullar gibi davranır; üç yeterli konfigürasyon aynı sonuca ayrı yollardan ulaşır. Böylece tek tip KOBİ yapay zekâ destek programlarını savunmak güçleşmekte, kanıtlar farklılaştırılmış ve profile özgü müdahaleden yana çıkmaktadır.
