This research analyses global industrial relations, with a particular focus on social dialogue as one of its central pillars. The study aims to develop a model for establishing social dialogue mechanisms across international organisations, in line with the needs of the global industrial relations system. In this context, establishing social dialogue mechanisms with intergovernmental international organisations constitutes an important instrument for achieving a balance between economic and social policies. The research provides a comprehensive review of the debates surrounding the concepts of industrial relations, social dialogue, and the internationalisation of industrial relations, and examines their implications for the international structuration of social dialogue with the aim of developing an institutional model. The study employs qualitative document analysis based primarily on the official documents of twenty-two international organisations and social actors, supported by an extensive review of the literature. It subsequently conducts a comprehensive analysis of international organisations in terms of the extent to which social dialogue is structurally institutionalised within them. In this context, the theoretical perspective of architectural design provides the conceptual framework for the study. This perspective seeks to develop an integrated system based on structured planning and an explanatory framework, with the aim of developing a model for the further institutionalisation of social dialogue within international organisations.
