Abstract

The aim of the study is to reveal the relationship between perceived organizational support and workplace conflict, individualistic and collectivist behavior tendencies. The sample of the study consists of 256 employees determined by using the ""convenience sampling method"" among the local government employees of a town in Samsun. The data obtained in the research were analyzed with the SPSS 21 package program. Correlation and regression analyzes were performed to analyze the obtained data. As a result of the research, it was found that perceived organizational support positively predicts individualist behavior negatively, while workplace conflict positively predicts individualist behavior and negatively predicts communal behavior.
