The sample of the study consists of 256 employees determined by using the ""convenience sampling method"" among the local government employees of a town in Samsun. The data obtained in the research were analyzed with the SPSS 21 package program. Correlation and regression analyzes were performed to analyze the obtained data. As a result of the research, it was found that perceived organizational support positively predicts individualist behavior negatively, while workplace conflict positively predicts individualist behavior and negatively predicts communal behavior.
