The health sector, which is the most important area today, works in a working environment where employees are busy and in communication. It is important for the working environment to work peacefully and happily in the workplace, as they occupy a large place in the lives of employees. Employees with different rights while providing the same service under the same roof are inevitably affected by this situation. The way in which the distinction that results from the different types of employment affects the employees is an important study subject. Employment type, which is one of the differences among the employees, maybe the source of the exclusion problem that negatively affects the employees. Healthcare professionals working in an intense and stressful environment must be psychologically good. This research examines the relationship between psychological well-being and workplace exclusion; especially the conditions of the contract workers are scrutinized. Research is a theoretical and practical study. The questionnaire method is used in the application part. The questionnaire was applied to 205 contracted healthcare professionals working at Dokuz Eylul University Hospital. In the study, ""Demographic Questions"", ""Psychological Well-Being Scale"" and ""Workplace Exclusion Scale"" are applied.
