Change procedures can be costly and difficult since they require a long-term and strategic investment. Decisions to be made in this regard are of great importance for businesses. The main aim of this study is to choose the ideal location for the site of the transportation companies, who are regarded as the key players in the transportation industry. Positioning the site where the transportation companies will operate in the most advantageous location is vital to grow Mersin's logistics activities and support the national economy. To choose the best location for the establishment site, a two-stage hybrid model that combines the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and TOPSIS approach, both of which are MCDM methodologies, was utilized in the study. The Cost criterion (0.55 weighting degree) has been found to be the most significant criterion in the selection of the transporters site location in paired comparisons conducted within the criteria. As a result of the analysis made in the location selection; It has been determined that the sequencing is ranked as Atas region, Yalınayak region and Huzurkent region. In both methods, the ranking result is the same. As a result, it has been determined that the most suitable location for the Transporters Site in Mersin is the Ataş Region.
