Abstract

The child is one of the basic dynamics that make up the social structure. It is important for the The child is one of the fundamental dynamics that comprise the social system. It is critical to assist children's growth physically, cognitively, socially, healthily, and economically by removing them from harmful settings and behaviors. As a result, all individuals and institutions, particularly the family, play a role. The central government has devised protective and preventive policies for children in this aspect.One of these policies is the Child Protection Law No. 5395. The study focuses on the children who have received injunction orders from the competent courts in Osmaniye under the provisions of Law No. 5395. The study's major goal is to assess the children for whom a cautionary choice was taken in 2021 in Osmaniye, within the scope of protective and preventative services for children in disadvantaged situations, and to determine the improvement studies for children.In this study, quantitative research and the relational survey method were utilized, and the sample included 366 children who were given an injunction within the scope of the law, which numbered 5395 in Osmaniye. As a result, it is clear that the family institution cannot perform or disregard its responsibilities, which is the primary reason for the measures implemented for children under the age of 18. As a result, the relevant public institution should create long-term strategies to reduce the present dangers.Furthermore, it is critical to enhance the family economically by implementing social and economic support practices and to raise the level of awareness of families by giving in-family trainings in order to develop the relationships of parents with their children.
