With the impact of globalization, organizations are undergoing significant changes in their structures, reviewing their existing resources in order to increase their competitiveness. Among the resources that organizations possess to achieve their goals, the most effective one is the human factor. The human factor stands out as a key element that enables organizations to differentiate themselves from their competitors. Therefore, organizations place great importance on human resources and invest in human resource management. The aviation sector operates in a dynamic environment where technological and operational developments, along with rapid global changes, are keenly felt. The continuity of change emphasizes the necessity of team resource management for aviation teams to coordinate effectively and cope with challenging situations. In this study, the impact of emotional intelligence and perceived stress on team resource management in the aviation sector has been examined. For this purpose, emotional intelligence, perceived stress, and team resource management were defined, and the relationships between these dimensions were elucidated through descriptive statistical analyses. The sample of the study consists of students receiving education in private flight schools operating in the aviation sector in Turkey. The successful execution of team resource management by students in flight schools is evaluated to affect the productivity and efficiency levels of companies operating in the aviation sector. As a result, it is observed that emotional intelligence and perceived stress have a statistically significant effect on team resource management and its sub-dimensions.
