Abstract


The purpose of this study in the uk and turkey in the financial markets institutions and to analyze the regulatory and supervisory activities. This made a comparative analysis, similar and different aspects of institutions are putforward. To achieve this goal, the two countries on the supervisory and regulatory
activities in the financial markets institutions are examined from various angles. In this study, a comparative analysis of the institutions, respectively, organizational structure, audit, corporate, personnel numbers, organization, and organizational reasons the years, revenue sources, monitoring methods are discussed. Financial services authority (FSA) of the banking regulation and supervision agency and the justifications of organization, bank failures and the failure of the system is located. Both organizations began operations a year apart. One other common point, the powers of central banks and the FSA about the BRSA or is transferred. The FSA, according to BRSA has a more comprehensive inspection area. In this context, insurance companies and public companies, are excluded from court supervision BRSA. Such a large volume of work done on the basis of being the most important underlying reason, london is a financial center. On the number of firms by the FSA and as size BRSA a much more comprehensive inspection of natural consequence of being entitled, self-employed income shows the number of personnel and institutions.
