Abstract

One of the most important concepts for organizations, which is one of the indispensable elements of business and social life, is output. Whether it is for profit or not, every framework has a variety of output. These outputs can be diversified according to the sector to which they belong. It is possible to talk about a number of concepts directly or indirectly related to organizational outcome independent of these factors alone. The organizational climate which we can express as the sum of the perceptions that describe the psychological structure of employees' organizations is one of these concepts. In this context, the organizational climate can be determinant on the output which is a very important issue for organizations. Human resources and organizational structure of health institutions and establishments which configured newly with decree law dated 15 08 2017 and numbered 694 differ from each other in terms of their qualifications, missions, targets as well as structural properties. Therefore, it may be useful to seperately and independently conduct scientific research studies especially in health institutions and establishments in order to provide more special, effective, qualified and comprehensive findings. In this context, the objective of the current study is to analyze the attitudes and perceptions of public personnel working at family health centers with respect to the organizational climate by the use of questionnaire and relevant measurement scale. In this context, organizational climate perceptions of employees working at family health centers are as follows; in the participation dimension, it is 3.51 and in the dependency dimension, it is 3,75. The said ratios are close to the level of 4 (agreeing) according to 5 point likert scale. But to be low rate of participation dimension is attracted attention. Therefore, it is recommended that the organizational climate perceptions of employees working at family health centers should be improved in both dimensions but especially for participation dimension.
