Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the moderatory effect of transformational leadership in the relationship between organizational commitment and turnover intention. A total of 206 employees from different sectors were included in the study. Data collection method was seleceted as questionnaire. Correlation and regression analyzes were performed with the SPSS program with the aim of testing the hypotheses. According to the results of the analysis, there is a significant negative relationship between organizational commitment and turnover intention. Another finding of the study is that, transformational leadership has a moderatory effect on the relationship between organizational commitment and turnover intention.
