In this research, it was aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of this program by implementing a program that aims to have the teachers working with gifted students gain innovative approaches, strategies, methods and techniques interactively. In this context, a single group pre-test and post-test model among the models implemented before the experiment was used in this study which was designed in the experimental model. In the study, participants were determined according to the criterion sampling technique, which is one of the purposeful sampling methods. According to the criteria specified, a sample group consisting of 22 women and 32 men, in total, 54 teachers working in Science and Art Centers was included in the study. These teachers were coming from 31 different cities of Turkey and had 18 different branches. Within the scope of the research, the teachers received 57 hours of training within six days by eight field experts in June 2018. “Kirkpatrick Program Evaluation Model” was used to evaluate the prepared training program. In the analysis of the data, whether there was a significant difference between the mean scores before and after the training was tested with the t-test provided that the normality assumption was provided and it was tested with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test when not provided. As a result of the dependent samples t-test for the groups where the pre-test and post-test were implemented, it was seen that there was a significant difference between the pre and post-training achievement point averages (t1=-27.729; t2=-8.461; t3=-6.209; t4=-7.052; t5=-9.825; p=0.00) and these differences were in favor of the post-test. As a result, it is suggested that the training given within the scope of the study should be expanded and updated in line with the technological advances and the needs of the age.
