It has been seen that the concept of socially responsible human resources management has not been studied much in the literature. This deficiency in the literature is thought to be due to the lack of a tool that can measure the concept. Therefore; It is hoped that the scale, adapted to Turkish, will be used in research in the field of human resources management. In this study, Socially Responsible Human Resources Management (SRHRM) Scale developed by Shen and Zhu (2011) was adapted into Turkish. The suitability of the factor structure of the scale was tested by explanatory (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and internal consistency analysis. Findings obtained with CFA are χ2/df=2.75; RMSEA=.066; CFI=.93; GFI=.94; AGFI=.91, and the fit indices obtained are acceptable. The scale is three dimensions. The Cronbach’s Alpha values was calculated as .72 for HRM in accordance with labor law, .72 for employee-centered HRM, and .72 for HRM that encourages corporate social responsibility. The total Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient of the scale is .85. In the light of these findings, it can be said that the SSIKY Scale is a valid and reliable scale.
