The purpose of this study is to explore the transformation of the class positions of the middle-classes in the context of the flexible accumulation regime and the effects of this transformation on the axis of class struggles and class consciousness by determining whether a consistent analysis of the precariatization process of white-collar workers on the axis of Marxist class approaches is possible or not. Along with globalization, the liberation and irresponsibility of capital thanks to its mobility, state interventions in favor of capital on the axis of neoliberal reason, triggers especially the fragility of white collar people by experiencing socially produced risks on the axis of individual responsibility. This process of fragility, which is characterized as precarianism, raises the need to question the ambiguous and contradictory structure of white collars and define their class position. The cautious attitude of Marxist class approaches, to the class position of the middle classes causes them to miss an important area for the results and solution of the precarianization process on the axis of working relations and social networks. In this context, reducing the process of deepening losses to white collar proletarianization and the expansion of the proletarian class, fails to explain the decline in the proletarian class consciousness struggle and collective class struggle.
