As a data collection tool, an item pool was created by scanning the national and international literature, and a questionnaire was prepared by taking the opinions of the experts in the relevant fields and the relevant sector stakeholders in accordance with the theoretical framework. The prepared questionnaire was applied online on 431 domestic guests. Cronbach Alpha, factor analysis, correlation t test and Anova analyzes were used to analyze the data. Within the scope of the research, halal hotel experiences are divided into five as sensory, relational, emotional, behavioral and intellectual dimensions. Customer satisfaction is divided into two dimensions as internal factors and external factors. According to the results of the correlation analysis applied on the data, it was seen that there was a moderately significant positive relationship between all dimensions including the halal hotel experience perceptions of the guests and the dimensions of customer satisfaction. The highest correlation was seen between the sensory dimension and the internal factors of satisfaction. There was no significant difference between halal hotel experience, gender, age, marital status, education level and monthly income.
