Organizational trust is one of the necessary conditions for the regular and rapid progress of work in organizations.  Organizational trust is the person's positive expectation against practices and policies that will affect the organization itself, even in risky situations.  When the discourses and practices of the organizations are not compatible, conflicts may occur and organizational hypocrisy behavior may ocur. The aim of this study is to reveal the effect of organizational trust behavior on organizational hypocrisy behavior in the banking sector. The sample of the research consists of 264 bank employees in Osmaniye province.  In the research, convenience, snowball and purposeful sampling methods were used together.  Reliability, validity, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed to test the model constructed with the data obtained from the research. According to the results of the analysis, a positive relationship was determined between the organizational trust perceptions of the bank employees and their organizational hypocrisy behaviors. In addition, it has been determined that the organizational trust perceptions of bank employees have a positive effect on organizational hypocrisy.
