SUCCESS AND CONTENTMENT ANALYSİS OF AGRİCULTURAL COOPERATİVES IN TURKEY

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the success and contentment of agricultural cooperative in Turkey. The main material of this study is original data that obtained from the face to face interviews with 392 members of agricultural cooperatives. Surveys have been made in 7 geographic regions in order to represent all of Turkey. Descriptive statistics, probit and ordered logit were used analysis of the data. According to probit and ordered logit analysis, the fair management and the contentment of members about Cooperatives are effective in the success of Cooperatives.
