TRANSFORMING PARAMETERS IN TURKISH-AMERICAN RELATIONS

Abstract

The main bilateral issues such as the S-400, FETO, PYD-YPG experience are considered as the policy argument of both the executive and legislative power in the United States, where the understanding of domestic policy and foreign policy is intertwined. When evaluating bilateral relations, legislative and executive bodies and internal dynamics should be taken into account. Thus, domestic and foreign policy arguments will be examined and their impact on elections will be discussed. Because in this study, it is aimed to discuss the impact of the developments between countries on the future by paying attention to the degree of importance. The studies given in the same field are not sufficient in terms of scope limits the perspective that studies have developed on the subject. In this context, a clear connection of the data contained in study to interpretation emphasizes that the future should not be read with a precise framework.
