Abstract


This study investigates relationship between the leadership styles and perception of employee empowerment. Leadership styles effects the social and structural configurations of organizations. The behaviors of leaders which effects to physical and social structure of organization. Therefore, competition environment in which is increased importance of human resources every passing day and the implementation of leadership that employees will be more effective. The one of the implementation of empowerment is aim to gain competitive advantage which has been given to employees authorization, responsibility and effectiveness. This study shows that change oriented leadership is which strengthen of employees and more compatible with aims of organization.
