Sağlık Çalışanlarının Hissettiği Çalışma Arkadaşı Desteği İle Üretkenlik Arasındaki İlişki: Kesitsel Bir Araştırma

Bu çalışma, sağlık çalışanlarının iş arkadaşı desteği ve işte üretkenlik düzeylerini belirlemeyi ve aralarındaki ilişkiyi incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. İş arkadaşı desteği, çalışanların iş yerindeki iyilik hali ve mutluluğunu artırarak, performans ve üretkenliği olumlu yönde etkileyebilir. Bu kesitsel çalışma, Ankara'daki bir özel hastanede görev yapan sağlık çalışanlarıyla gerçekleştirilmiş ve veriler Çalışma Arkadaşı Desteği Ölçeği ve Endicott İşte Üretkenlik Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Analizler, SPSS ile yapılmış olup,verilerin normal dağılım göstermemesi nedeniyle nonparametrik testler (Mann-Whitney U ve Kruskal-Wallis testleri) kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca, değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler Spearman’s Rho korelasyon katsayısı ile incelenmiştir Çalışmada, algılanan iş arkadaşı desteği ve işte üretkenlik düzeylerinin genel olarak yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur. Ancak hemşireler, diğer sağlık çalışanlarına göre daha düşük düzeyde iş arkadaşı desteği ve üretkenlik bildirmiştir. İş arkadaşı desteği ile üretkenlik arasında pozitif, orta düzeyde ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Bu bulgular, sağlık çalışanlarının iş arkadaşı desteği ile üretkenlikleri arasındaki ilişkiyi geliştirecek uygun politika ve müdahalelerin yapılması için yeni kanıtlar sunmaktadır. Ayrıca, yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim durumu ve medeni durum gibi faktörlerin de bu ilişkiler üzerinde etkili olduğu ve kontrol edilmesi gerektiği ortaya çıkmıştır.
