Abstract

In this study, the definition, technical characteristics, capital, infrastructures and employee procurement of small industrial enterprises included in production and service activities of SMEs will be explained.

On the other hand, small industrial enterprises are not able to fully apply the method of raising human resources such as apprentices, masters, master craftsmen and vocational training methods, thus creating a problem in terms of human resource management in the apprentice-masters who are employed. Masters menstruation methods of visual learning such as traditions and customs make it difficult to apply human resources procurement in small industrial enterprises and receive expert help. In this respect, our research is important to find a solution to the problem of human resources procurement in small industrial enterprises.
