TÜRKİYE’DE TARIMSAL KOOPERATİFLERİN BAŞARISI VE MEMNUNİYET ANALİZİ

Bu çalışmanın amacı Türkiye’de tarımsal kooperatiflerin başarısı ve ortakların memnuniyetini analiz etmektir. Araştırmanın ana materyalini 392 kooperatif ortağı ile yapılan anketlerden elde edilen veriler oluşturmuştur. Çalışmanın Türkiye’yi temsil etmesi bakımından anketler 7 coğrafi bölgede yapılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler, kukla değişkenler probit ve kategorik değişkenler sıralı logit ile analiz kullanılmıştır. Probit ve sıralı logit analizi sonucuna göre kooperatife ortak olmada etkili faktör; adaletli yönetim anlayışı, kooperatif memnuniyetini ve başarıyı pozitif yönde etkilemektedir.

SUCCESS AND CONTENTMENT ANALYSİS OF AGRİCULTURAL COOPERATİVES IN TURKEY

The aim of this study is to analyze the success and contentment of agricultural cooperative in Turkey. The main material of this study is original data that obtained from the face to face interviews with 392 members of agricultural cooperatives. Surveys have been made in 7 geographic regions in order to represent all of Turkey. Descriptive statistics, probit and ordered logit were used analysis of the data. According to probit and ordered logit analysis, the fair management and the contentment of members about Cooperatives are effective in the success of Cooperatives.
