KONUT SORUNUNA BİR ÇÖZÜM OLARAK KOOPERATİFLER

Dünyada karşılaşılan en önemli sorunlardan bir tanesi ekonomik, sosyal ve çevresel etkileri olan barınma sorunudur. Kırdan kente göç ile birlikte ortaya çıkan bu sorun kentte yaşayanlar için konut ihtiyacının karşılanmaması veya özellikle ekonomik nedenlerle kişilerin mevcut konutlara erişememesi anlamına gelmektedir. Özellikle konut fiyatlarının yüksek olması gelir düzeyi düşük olan kişiler ve dar gelirli aileler için konut ihtiyacının giderilmesini imkansız hale getirmektedir. Kırsal alanlardan kentsel alanlara göç eden kişilerin karşı karşıya kaldığı kentsel yoksulluk ve kentte yaşayan diğer kişilerle bu kişilerin arasındaki toplumsal eşitsizlik özellikle konut sorununu daha da derinleştirmiştir. Çalışma konut sorununa bir çözüm olarak konut ve kent kooperatifçiliğinin gelişim süreçlerini ele almaktadır. Bu noktada, kooperatifçilik, toplumsal ve ekonomik açıdan sürdürülebilir konutlar inşa etmeyi ve konut ihtiyacını karşılamayı amaçlayan bir yöntem olarak görülmektedir. Bu bağlamda, yerel yönetimler, sivil toplum kuruluşları ve özel sektör, kooperatiflerin oluşturulmasını ve sürdürülmesini desteklemek için işbirliği yapabilirler. Bu model, konut sorunlarını ele almak ve daha yaşanabilir kentler inşa etmek için önemli bir araç olabilir. Çalışmanın bu düşünceden hareketle temel amacı konut sorununu çözmek ve kişilerin uygun fiyatlı ve yaşanabilir konutlara erişimini sağlamak için kooperatiflerin önemini vurgulamaktır.

COOPERATIVES AS A SOLUTION TO THE HOUSING PROBLEM

One of the most important problems encountered in the world is the housing problem, which has economic, social and environmental impacts. This problem, which arises especially with migration from rural to urban areas, means that the housing needs of those living in the city are not met or that people cannot access existing housing for economic reasons. Especially high housing prices make it impossible to meet the housing needs for low-income people and low-income families. Urban poverty faced by people migrating from rural areas to urban areas and the social inequality between these people and others living in the city have deepened the housing problem even further. The study deals with the development processes of housing and urban cooperatives as a solution to the housing problem. At this point, cooperatives are seen as a method that aims to build socially and economically sustainable houses and meet housing needs. In this context, local governments, non-governmental organizations and the private sector can cooperate to support the creation and maintenance of cooperatives. This model can be an important tool for addressing housing problems and building more livable cities. Based on this idea, the main purpose of the study is to emphasize the importance of cooperatives in solving the housing problem and providing people with access to affordable and livable housing.
