ÖRGÜTSEL MANEVİYAT ÖLÇEĞİNİN TÜRKÇE UYARLAMASI: GEÇERLİK VE GÜVENİRLİK ÇALIŞMASI

Örgütsel maneviyat ölçeği, Milliman, Czaplewski ve Ferguson (2003) tarafından örgütsel maneviyat düzeyini değerlendirebilmek amacıyla geliştirilen 3 boyut ve 21 maddeden oluşan ölçektir. Bu çalışmada Örgütsel Maneviyat Ölçeği (ÖMÖ) Türkçe’ye uyarlanmış ve yapı geçerlilik çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan veriler sağlık sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir kamu hastanesinde görev yapan 279 çalışandan (sağlık, idari, teknik ve hizmet personeli) elde edilmiştir. Yapı geçerliliği doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ile test edilmiş güvenirliği için ise iç tutarlılık katsayısı olan Cronbach alfa katsayısı kullanılmıştır. Faktör analizi sonuçları ölçeğin özgün formunda olduğu gibi üç boyutlu bir yapıda olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Ölçeğin güvenirlik katsayısı 0,88 olarak saptanmıştır ve DFA ile test edilen 21 maddelik ve üç boyutlu ölçme aracının yeterli uyum iyiliği indekslerine sahip olduğu görülmek­tedir (x2/sd = 3.74, p = .00, RMSEA = .09, CFI = .92, GFI = .81, NNFI =.91).  Bu anlamda üç boyutlu örgütsel maneviyat ölçeğinin Türkiye’de gelecekte yapılacak çalışmalarda kullanılabilecek geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçüm aracı olduğu söylenebilir.

ADAPTATION OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL SPIRITUALITY SCALE TO TURKISH: A VALIDITY AND REABILITY STUDY

The organizational spirituality scale is a scale consisting of 3 dimensions and 21 items developed by Milliman, Czaplewski and Ferguson (2003) to evaluate the level of organizational spirituality. In this study, the Organizational Spirituality Scale (OSS) was adapted to Turkish and structure validity studies were conducted. The data used in the study were obtained from 279 employees (health, administrative, technical and service personnel) working in a public hospital operating in the health sector. The construct validity was tested with confirmatory factor analysis, and the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which is an internal consistency coefficient, was used for its reliability. Factor analysis results revealed that the scale has a three-dimensional structure just like its original form. The reliability coefficient of the scale was determined as 0.88 and it is seen that the 21-item and three-dimensional measurement tool tested with CFA has sufficient goodness of fit indexes (x2/sd = 3.74, p = .00, RMSEA = .09, CFI = .92, GFI = .81, NNFI =.91). we can say that the three-dimensional organizational spirituality scale is a valid and reliable measurement tool that can be used in future studies in Turkey.
